Since Friday, the average price per gallon for regular gas has increasedx by a penny in the Philadelphia region to Prices also climbed by 2 cents in Delawarrto $1.56 per gallon, by 4 cents in New Jerse y to $1.51 per gallon and by 8 centw in South Jersey to $1.52 per Pennsylvania’s average remains unchange at $1.68 per gallon.
