William Boyd Printing site sold for $1.3M - Nashville Business Journal:

Ltd., an affiliate of Cos. in Clifton closed on the $1.3 millionm purchase on June 3. Cass Hill intendsd to convert theformer 1.3-acre industrial site at 39-49 Sheridajn Ave. into an office/retail/residentialp project. The property is located behinethe & Suites on Chapel Street, near the hearr of the city’s entertainment district. Tony Sabatinko of represented the seller. Cass Hill was representedf by Eileen Lindbergof /Albany. Marc H. president of Cass Hill Developmeng Cos., couldn’t be reached for comment. Cass Hill owns several propertied downtown, including a 30,000-square-foot office building on Monroe Street across from the formerprintinhg plant.
Boyd Printing filed for Chaptedr 11 bankruptcy protection inSeptember 2005. A federa bankruptcy judge in March 2008 approved the sale of the buildings to help satisfgthe company’s debts. Some of the company’s assets were purchased by Carl an officer at Boyd who opened aseparatr corporation, Inc., in Colonie. Previouz deals for the Sheridan Avenue property fizzled before Cass Hill signexd a purchase contractlast year.
